Yankeebase is a sole-trader coaching business operated by Emma de Boer, based in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, the Netherlands. We provide interview coaching services to international professionals seeking employment in the Netherlands.

We collect only the personal data that is necessary to deliver our coaching service and operate this website effectively.

• Communication content: The text of your message and any follow-up email correspondence.

• Session notes: Notes taken during coaching sessions to support the preparation process.

Contact form submissions and enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication. Coaching session notes are deleted within 6 months of the final session. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months).

As a data subject under the GDPR and UAVG, you have the following rights. We aim to respond to all requests within 30 days.
