1. Services
Yankeebase, operated by Emma de Boer (Binnenweg 102, 3021 GD Rotterdam, Netherlands), provides professional interview coaching services delivered remotely via video call. Specific scope, session count, and format are agreed in writing prior to the start of any paid engagement.
2. Booking and Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Late payments may result in sessions being postponed until the outstanding balance is cleared.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include any applicable Dutch VAT where required by law.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time may be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours, or non-attendance without notice, may be charged in full.
Yankeebase reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.
4. Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund or a replacement session. Refund requests made after 30 days of the session date will not be considered.
Under Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have a 14-day cooling-off period for remotely concluded contracts. If you exercise this right before any session has taken place, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
5. Results Disclaimer
Interview coaching improves preparation and communication — it does not guarantee employment outcomes. Job offers depend on a wide range of factors outside the coach's control, including employer decisions, market conditions, and candidate circumstances. The coaching provided represents professional expertise and genuine effort, not a guaranteed result.
6. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, frameworks, and written resources provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Yankeebase and Emma de Boer. You may use them for personal career preparation but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Yankeebase's liability for any claim arising from coaching services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. For consumers in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
